    I've been tinkering with computers since the early 80's and grew up during the the PC revolution. Currently I operate a small IT support company that provides breakfix & managed services for small business clients typically with between 5-50 PCs. We do a lot of Small Business Server installations, and migration can be tedious, hardware failures can be daunting. We plan to use VMWare to become hardware independent, and to provide high availability. We've recently purchased VSphere and are excited about the possibilities.

    I plan to:
    – Learn about the entire line of VMWare's
    – Find better methods for P2V
    – Figure out how to best handle licensing for Microsoft OEM moves to virtual
